IN YOUR PRESENCE IS FULLNESS OF JOY

Psalm 16


Psalm 16: 11 says: You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

There is no other gods whom we will worship but our Lord Jesus Christ. Our goodness is nothing without Him. And these are the things that we must do in return:

1. Put our trust only to Him –Psalm 16:1 – for He cares for us always. Isaiah 26:3-4 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

2. Bless the Lord who has given us counsel – Psalm 16:7 – even in our dark times He guides us. Psalm 17:3 You have tried my heart, you have visited me by night, you have tested me, and you will find nothing; I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress.

3. Set our Lord before us – Psalm 16:8 – with His right hand we will not be shaken. Acts 2:25 David said about him: I saw the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

We have a good inheritance as everything fall into proper places because of God’s right hand.
I always enjoy the presence of God as it gives me fullness of Joy.
