'PRAYING MORE EARNESTLY"

The best kind of prayer is earnest prayer. Here are God’s instruction of a fervent prayer:   1. “Pray that you will not fall into temptation.” –Luke 22:40 – prayer is the best weapon against the devil. Matthew 26:41 “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak."   2. “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” – Luke 22:42 – let the will of God prevail over our own will. 1 Peter 3:17 For it is better to suffer for doing good, if that should be God's will, than for doing evil. 3. “Why are you sleeping?” he asked them. “Get up and pray” – Luke22:46 – get out of your comfort zone and seek God.
