"GLORIFYING GOD "

John 13:31-35

John 13:31 says: when he was gone, Jesus said, " now is the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in Him.

The sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ was motivated by His love, faith and obedience to the Father, the God is glorified. For us to glorify God we should also do the same:
1. Glorify God with Faith - sufferings can be easier if we sought for God. 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12 With this in mind, we constantly pray for you that God may count you worthy of His calling, and that by His power He may fulfill every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith. We pray this so that the name of the Lord be glorified in you and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. Glorify God with Love - love should always be reason in everything that you do for the Lord and the people. 1 Peter 2:17 Show proper respect to everyone. Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God and honor the king.

3. Glorify God with Obedience- loving one another includes loving your enemy and those who wronged you and that has to be obeyed. Jeremiah 13:16 Give glory to the Lord your God before He brings the before your feet stumble on the darkening hills. You hope for light but He will turn it to thick darkness and change it to deep gloom.

We were all cleansed by blood of Jesus, keeping away from sin glorifies God.
I will always do my best to glorify God in my words, thinking and actions.
