TIMES OF REFRESHING

Acts 3:17-26


Acts 3:19 says: Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.

Times of refreshing means a sense of spiritual refreshment that comes to the individual believer. Each of us has our time to experience as such if we desire to repent and be converted and these will happen:

1. God will send Jesus Christ unto us – Acts 3:20 - whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things. Revelation 1:7 Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.

2. The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren – Acts 3:22 - Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. Galatians 4:4 But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law.

3. And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed – Acts 3:25-26 – by turning away every one of you from your iniquities. Genesis 22:18 and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice.

Times of refreshing is a gift from God that is why all must aim for it always.
I am a renewed Christian and will continue to be changed by God until He comes again.
