OUR DAILY PRAYER

Psalms 17:1-9

Verse 1 says: Hear a just cause, O Lord, Attend to my cry; Give ear to my prayer which is not from deceitful lips. We all know the importance of prayer and its good results. God wants us to talk with regularly and fervently. Here are some the things we need to pray daily:

1. Vindication – v 2-3 – allow God to search our hearts to clear us from any iniquities. Psalm 26:1 Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the Lord; I shall not slip.
2. Direction – v 4-5 – to keep us from going astray. 1 Samuel 2:9 He will guard the feet of His saints, But the wicked shall be silent in darkness. For by strength no man shall prevail.
3. Protection – v 8-9 – from the attacks of the wicked and the enemy. Deuteronomy 20:4 for the Lord your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
With this guide for our daily prayers we are confident that God surely answers.
Praying has been my lifestyle and I will do it for the rest of my life.
