THE LORD IS GOOD

Psalms 100:1-4

Psalms 100:5 says: For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.

Our God is always good and He never fails. That is why He deserves all honor and glory forevermore:

1. Praise the Lord –Psalms 100:1 – by making a joyful shout unto the Lord. Psalm 98:4 Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.

2. Serve the Lord with gladness – Psalms 100: 2 – do all things for the Lord with excitement and enthusiasm. Psalm 2:11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

3. Know that the Lord, He is God – Psalms 100:3 – He created us and He reigns forevermore. Leviticus 11:44 For I am the Lord your God. You shall therefore consecrate yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy. Neither shall you defile yourselves with any creeping thing that creeps on the earth.

4. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving –Psalms 100:4 – by being thankful and forever grateful for all the things He has done. Hebrews 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.

Our God deserves the highest praise for He is good and His love endures forever.
I will praise and be thankful to God always.
