"THE WORD IS GOD"

Text : Jeremiah 8:8-15


John 1:1 says: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

That is why the bible is very important because it pertains to God.

If you reject it this is what will happen:


1. They will lose what is in their hands – Jer. 8 :10 – for they practice deceits and all forms of ill-motives. Zechariah 9:4 Behold, the Lord will dispossess her and cast her wealth into the sea; and she will be consumed with fire.


2. There is no peace – Jer. 8 :11 – chaos all around for rejecting the words. Isaiah 59:8 They do not know the way of peace, And there is no justice in their tracks; They have made their paths crooked, Whoever treads on them does not know peace.


3. God will take their harvest – Jer. 8 :13 – what God has given them, He will take it back. Proverbs 20:13 If you love sleep, you will end in poverty.

Keep your eyes open, and there will be plenty to eat!


If we obey the words of God, these curses will turn into blessings.

I meditate and doing my very best to obey all His wills.
